Requirements

Experience: 5+ years of graphic/presentations design experience in a business setting with a track record of delivering results.
Portfolio: A beautiful portfolio of compelling work that demonstrates a passion for creative design.
Software Expertise: Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, Bridge, and Acrobat.
Advanced Skills: Expert knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite, strong visual storytelling, typography, and layout skills. Proven creative problem-solving and conceptual thinking.
Leadership Experience: Experience in leading design projects, mentoring junior designers, and managing client relationships.
Exceptional organizational skills and demonstrated attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Self-driven and team oriented with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with high levels of integrity, maturity, and enthusiasm.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of HTML, WordPress, and motion graphics is a plus.
Understanding of UX and content strategy.

Responsibilities

Design layouts for various print and digital assets including but not limited to websites, emails, newsletters, brochures, advertisements, direct mail, and event materials.
Work alongside a team of creative designers, providing constructive feedback, design direction, and mentorship to elevate the quality of all output and foster a culture of creative excellence.
Assist in overseeing the creative production lifecycle to efficiently produce high-quality marketing materials across all channels, always thinking about appropriate considerations, opportunities, and tactics.
Assist in managing the intake and execution of complex design projects, ensuring deadlines are met, resources are properly allocated, and all final products are polished and error-free.
Maintain a compelling portfolio of compelling work while ensuring all designs adhere to brand guidelines, delivering the highest quality products.
Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices to keep PCM creative at the forefront of innovation
Utilize strong written and oral communication skills to present concepts to stakeholders and manage internal/external client relationships.
