About The Position

TimelyCare is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Go To Market Systems Administrator to join our Data & Analytics team. Reporting to the Director of Business Systems, this individual will be pivotal in maintaining and optimizing our core Go-to-Market (GTM) technology stack, anchored by the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate possesses a deep technical understanding of Salesforce architecture and connected integrations, paired with strong business acumen, to execute efficient system solutions from discovery to deployment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive experience as a Salesforce Administrator with advanced Flow expertise.
  • Hands-on experience configuring and administering Salesforce CPQ.
  • Familiarity with integrations and third-party tools such as Gong, SalesLoft, Ironclad, Gainsight, Hubspot, 6Sense.
  • Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions across Salesforce and connected applications in a SaaS environment.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment.
  • Strong understanding of the Lead-to-Cash (LTC) lifecycle and related business processes.
  • Demonstrates strong cross-functional collaboration, proactive communication, and attention to detail.
  • Certifications: Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Additional Certifications (e.g, Advanced Administrator (ADM 211), Platform App Builder, CPQ Specialist) are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end administration of the Salesforce ecosystem, managing configuration, security, user access, maintenance, and end user technical support.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert and provide administrative support for CPQ and other GTM tools such as Gong, SalesLoft, Ironclad, Hubspot, 6Sense, and Gainsight.
  • Proactively identify and implement scalable, automated solutions using declarative tools (e.g. Flow Builder, Custom Objects, Lightning Record Pages, etc) to streamline manual, repetitive processes.
  • Maintain profiles, permissions, and access controls across GTM tools to ensure data security and compliance.
  • Manage existing integrations between Salesforce and critical upstream/downstream systems to ensure seamless data flow and support the implementation of new GTM tools and AI-driven technologies.
  • Lead requirements gathering sessions and translate business needs into clear, technical specifications in Jira and Confluence.
  • Develop and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards that deliver actionable insights to cross-functional GTM teams.
  • Execute technical debt cleanup initiatives and establish strong data quality standards to maintain system integrity, scalability, and optimal performance.
  • Govern the full release lifecycle, managing sandbox environments, coordinating QA/UAT and ensuring all changes are thoroughly vetted prior to final deployment.
  • Maintain detailed system documentation (processes, configurations, integrations) and contribute to end-user training and enablement materials.
