The Senior Global Recruiter is a highly hands-on, execution-driven individual contributor responsible for delivering full-cycle recruiting for all levels of positions, including entry-level, hourly, professional, technical, and management across multiple global regions. Reporting to the Global Recruiting Manager, this role works in close partnership with the Global Recruiting Manager to execute day-to-day recruiting activities and support the broader global recruiting strategy. The Senior Global Recruiter collaborates closely with hiring managers and business leaders across Sales, Operations, Warehouse, IT, Quality, Engineering, and corporate functions throughout North America, EMEA, and APAC with a strong focus on timely, high-quality hiring outcomes. The success of this role is driven by strong sourcing capability, disciplined recruiting execution, stakeholder partnership, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, global environment. This position requires schedule flexibility, including work outside of standard business hours and occasional weekends, to effectively support global hiring across multiple time zones.
