The Senior Global Employment Counsel provides advanced legal support on global employment law matters serving as a key advisor to HR business leaders and executives across the Company. This role interprets and applies global employment and labor laws manages high‑risk matters guides compliance programs supports global mobility and workforce initiatives and ensures the Company’s employment practices align with legal and regulatory obligations worldwide. This position serves as a legal thought leader within the employment specialty developing and refining strategies practices and frameworks that minimize risk and support the Company’s business and people‑related priorities. The role also contributes to departmental capability‑building through oversight of legal work delegation coaching of other attorneys and development of best‑practice resources. The Senior Global Employment Counsel routinely partners with senior leadership HR leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders and must clearly and effectively translate complex legal issues into practical business-oriented guidance.
