The primary focus of this role will be to lead change management in deploying Oracle Core HR module across all of CARE's 40+ business units and be the designated change lead for the Oracle Fusion platform implementation in CARE's Atlanta HQ business unit. The role holder will be responsible for ensuring all key office stakeholders understand how the different systems will be implemented and support CARE's offices with each implementation, and ensuring active office engagement, ownership and readiness for system deployment. The role will work alongside the Supply Chain Transformation Senior Global Change Manager to carry out change and deployment activities relating to the implementation of CARE's Oracle Fusion platform that comprises sourcing, procurement and inventory and core HR modules. There may be a requirement for some limited travel to business unit/country office locations during implementation periods.
