Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of accounting/reporting experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP reporting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Execute monthly financial statement workbook preparation for 12-20 clients.
• Handle GAAP, cash and tax basis financial reporting.
• Perform variance analysis on monthly and quarterly financials.
• Prepare annual workbooks for external partnership tax returns.
• Manage and respond to multiple ad hoc investor inquiries with professionalism and precision.
• Mentor junior staff on accounting practices and GAAP reporting.
• Assist with forecasting and budgeting.
