About The Position

You connect systems, data, and people-and make it all work better. What You'll Do Serve as the subject-matter expert for City Utilities' business applications, including GIS, CIS, AMI, Temetra, and Cityworks. You'll manage software platforms, support integrations, ensure data integrity, and turn complex data into tools that support operations and billing. Key Responsibilities Manage and support water meter reading software and system integrations Coordinate with vendors, IT, and field staff on upgrades, configurations, and troubleshooting Audit meter provisioning and validate data accuracy and system performance Build reports, dashboards, analytics, and consumption insights Design and automate workflows and application integrations Maintain system access, security roles, and permissions Produce maps, data, and dashboards using tools such as Python, SQL, APIs, and automation

Requirements

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in GIS, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years of experience with software application implementation, development, or support preferred
  • Experience with GIS environments, Cityworks, CIS, and business application systems
  • Knowledge of AMI and Temetra platforms or ability to learn quickly
  • Strong data analysis, troubleshooting, and reporting skills

Nice To Haves

  • GIS Fundamentals, COM 401, PCAP, or similar
