Role description: Arcadis is currently searching for an experienced Senior Geotechnical Engineer , with geotechnical experience in slope stability, seepage and foundation analyses. Experience focused on levees, flood walls, spillways, outlet works, pump stations, and other hydraulic structures, to support our Water Management team. Water Management practice focuses on delivering innovative and transformative solutions to address the challenges posed by climate change and coastal hazards while improving quality of life. We work on a diverse range of projects that include enhancing flood defenses, and developing adaptive strategies for coastal and inland communities and waterways. Our multidisciplinary teams are dedicated to improving the resilience of coastal and inland environments through cutting-edge engineering and strategic planning. Role accountabilities: The candidate will lead geotechnical design projects related to coastal resiliency, flood protections and general infrastructure design. The candidate will work with multi-disciplinary teams of Civil, Structural, and Hydraulic Engineers to support a backlog of local and national projects.
