About The Position

We're building AI-powered managed security operations that give enterprises 24/7 threat coverage they can't build in-house. Our platform combines powerful AI-native technology with world-class security experts around the globe to monitor, detect, and investigate threats at a scale and speed that legacy providers can't match. We're a 25-person cybersecurity startup that just emerged from stealth with serious Series A funding. Our R&D and product teams are based in Tel Aviv, and we're now building our go-to-market presence on the East Coast. This is day one of building something that matters, and you'd be coming in at the ground floor. Here's the problem we're solving: Enterprises can't hire or retain enough security talent. They're drowning in alerts, struggling with tool sprawl, and relying on outsourced security services that weren't built for modern infrastructure. Traditional security operations centers are overworked, slow, and can't keep pace with today's threats. Our approach is different - it's AI and human intelligence working together, not AI replacing humans or humans manually sifting through endless alerts. It's intelligent, responsive, personalized security coverage that enterprises actually need. Our angel investors include the founders of Wiz, Cyera, and Eon - the people who built the category we're disrupting. They believe in what we're doing, and they're helping us build it. We're moving fast and targeting large enterprises with complex security needs. You'll own growth and operations across all digital channels like SEO/AEO, paid, website, marketing ops, and video content. But here's the reality: You won't do all of this yourself. You'll orchestrate top agencies and talented freelancers while being the internal expert who pushes them to do exceptional work, not copy-paste bullshit. You’ll also won't launch everything on day one, but build these channels iteratively based on what works for our buyers, not launch everything simultaneously.

Requirements

  • You have experience with tech startups, preferably marketing to technical buyers
  • You understand the technology we're selling (or can learn it fast)
  • You're not intimidated by cybersecurity concepts, architecture diagrams, or technical documentation
  • You think in frameworks and systems, not random acts of marketing
  • You run disciplined experiments and actually track what works
  • You build repeatable processes, not one-off campaigns
  • You want to build the playbook, not follow your old one
  • You're willing to try unconventional approaches that might fail
  • You're energized by ambiguity and rapid iteration
  • You're already using AI tools to work faster
  • You understand how to use agents, automation, and workflows
  • You know when AI makes sense vs when you need human creativity
  • You have strong POVs on what channels and tactics make sense
  • You're comfortable saying "that's a bad idea, here's why"
  • You draw outside the lines and propose unconventional approaches
  • B2B SaaS or cybersecurity experience
  • Track record of owning channels end-to-end
  • Experience building AI based workflows/processes
  • Startup experience where you built something from scratch
  • Experience working with agencies/contractors (not just in-house)
  • Evidence you can move fast and ship (portfolio/examples required)

Responsibilities

  • SEO/AEO strategy and execution (with agency support)
  • Paid campaigns across relevant channels
  • Website (directing development, not coding)
  • Marketing ops (tech stack, workflows, automation)
  • Video content creation (using AI tools + contractors)
  • Running systematic experiments to find what channels work for OUR specific customers
  • Being the voice of Daylight when working with agencies by knowing our product, market, and customers deeply enough to demand better work
  • Using AI agents, tools, and smart workflows to move 10x faster than traditional marketing teams
  • Building and optimizing our marketing tech stack (CRM, automation, analytics, enrichment tools)
  • Shipping fast: you'll launch and test one or two growth channels at a time, kill what doesn't work fast, then scale what shows real traction
