Position Overview The Sr. Store Manager is the operational and cultural leader of a single high-performing Salty location. This role requires an experienced operator who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume café environment and who brings the leadership maturity needed to elevate people, process, hospitality, and financial results. You’ll be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations, ensuring that the store delivers consistent execution, exceptional quality, a welcoming atmosphere, and strong business performance. This is a hands-on leadership role that blends strategic oversight with an ability to jump in where needed, guide your team, and build a culture rooted in accountability, craft, and hospitality.
