We are seeking a polished, service-driven individual who brings a strong blend of multifamily expertise, boutique hotel or hospitality experience, and exposure to commercial operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, ultra-luxury environment and is passionate about delivering best-in-class service from pre-leasing through stabilization. What a Typical Day Could Look LikeAs a General Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the success of our luxury high-rise community. You will oversee all aspects of community management, including resident relations, team leadership, financial performance, and property maintenance. Tackle resident concerns, complaints, and issues swiftly, ensuring top-tier satisfaction and creating a vibrant, harmonious living environment! Partner with the Assistant General Manager to drive resident retention, keeping communication open and building lasting relationships that foster a true sense of community. Curate and host exclusive resident events and dynamic lifestyle programs, cultivating a tight-knit community and a unique sense of belonging! You are the Financial Specialist! Manage budget preparation, financial reporting, and community income flow, ensuring the financial health and stability of the community. Maximize net operating income (NOI) while ensuring a positive resident and associate experience, achieving both financial success and resident satisfaction! Maintain precise financial records and uphold top-tier integrity with strict accounting standards! Requirements

• 5-6 years of experience in the multifamily industry or a related hospitality field.
• Must have Luxury High Rise experience
• Proven track record of successfully managing and leading a team of multifamily professionals (at least 2 years of experience).
• Associate's degree, bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong understanding of financial management principles and practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in relevant software and technology (property management systems, etc.).
• Must have a valid driver's license with no major infractions in the last 12 months.

• CAM or IREM certifications are highly desirable.
