Requirements

Minimum of 5+ years of experience handling complex premise liability claims.
Active Adjuster’s License in at least one state (Florida license preferred).
Proven litigation experience in claims management.
Background in Third-Party Administration (TPA) is required.
Demonstrated ability to handle claims with empathy and prioritize quality over quantity.
Stable work history with a minimum of 4+ years at previous companies.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach.

Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of approximately 150 claims, including 30%-40% litigated files.
Handle Commercial General Liability Claims, including slip-and-fall and premise liability cases, for a variety of accounts: 70% Habitational (multi-family condos, apartments, homeowner associations) 30% Commercial (hotels, shopping malls, restaurants, hospitality)
Oversee claims originating from multiple states, with a primary focus on Florida.
Collaborate with legal teams and other stakeholders to ensure effective resolution of claims.
Maintain a high standard of empathy and quality in claims handling, aligning with the company’s culture and values.
