About The Position
Millennium Physicians is seeking a Senior Front Office Associate with at least 2 years of experience working in a healthcare front desk role, preferably in Primary Care, to join our dynamic medical team in Columbus GA. As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a vital role in creating a welcoming and efficient experience from check-in to check-out. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is a quick learner, and brings a team-first attitude to everything they do.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 year of front desk experience in a healthcare setting
- Prior experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized under pressure
- A warm, professional demeanor and strong communication skills
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
