About The Position

Change.org is searching for a Senior FP&A Analyst to ensure FP&A execution runs smoothly and independently, delivering fast, accessible financial insights to support leadership on strategy, BI maturity, and team development. You will report to our Director of Finance. As a key member of our Finance team, you’ll deliver end-to-end FP&A execution, producing accurate, board-ready reporting and fast, accessible financial insights through strong business partnership, improved systems, and continuous process and AI-driven efficiency gains. Requirements

  • 4 to 7 years of experience in FP&A, finance, or analytical roles with ownership over budgeting and reporting.
  • Demonstrated experience running full FP&A cycles independently.
  • Proven systems thinker who has designed or materially improved repeatable finance processes.
  • Strong service-oriented business partnering experience with non-finance stakeholders.
  • Must have demonstrated use of AI to accelerate analysis and build repeatable workflows, including creation and maintenance of your own financial models.

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to BI tools, dashboards, or data modeling is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Own departmental budgeting and monthly reporting end-to-end, delivering accurate, timely outputs with minimal oversight.
  • Produce board-ready reporting that enables leadership to review and focus on insights rather than data quality.
  • Improve the speed and availability of financial data through better processes, tooling, and documentation.
  • Act as a proactive service partner to budget owners, increasing trust, responsiveness, and decision support.
  • Advance FP&A systems and workflows (including AI-enabled analysis) to reduce rework and manual effort month over month.
