About The Position

A growing organization is seeking a highly analytical Senior FP&A Analyst</b> to support corporate financial planning and analysis activities. This role will partner closely with finance leadership and operational teams to deliver meaningful financial insights, support forecasting and budgeting processes, and prepare executive -level reporting. </p> The ideal candidate is data -driven, detail -oriented, and capable of translating financial results into actionable business insights. </p> This role is 100% in office in Scottsdale with light travel requirements. Candidates must be willing to work fully onsite.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field </p>
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related roles </p>
  • Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling </p>
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is highly preferred </p>
  • Strong understanding of financial statements and GAAP fundamentals </p>
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and deliver actionable business insights </p>
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; strong overall systems aptitude </p>
  • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with leadership </p>

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is highly preferred </p>

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and analyze monthly financial reporting packages </p>
  • Consolidate financial data and support executive and board -level reporting </p>
  • Assist with annual budgeting, forecasting, and long -range planning processes </p>
  • Perform variance analysis and provide insight into performance against budget and forecast </p>
  • Support capital planning and financial modeling initiatives </p>
  • Partner with cross -functional leaders to evaluate operational performance and profitability </p>
  • Improve financial processes, reporting tools, and analytical capabilities </p>
  • Participate in special projects and strategic initiatives as needed </p>
