We are looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to support our corporate Finance Team. This role will work a hybrid schedule out of our Plymouth, MN location. The job: As our Senior FP&A Analyst , you will play a critical role in driving insight, discipline, and transparency across the business. You will support financial and operational reporting, forecasting, and analysis that enable informed decision-making for senior leadership. You will partner cross-functionally with operations, accounting, and business leaders to enhance forecasting accuracy, improve data quality, and deliver actionable insights in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. More specifically, you will: Maintain and update models and schedules used for the annual budget, rolling forecast and long-range plans Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports for executives, lenders, and other stakeholders Provide data and trends related to customers, suppliers, and markets, that further inform the understanding of key trends in the business The skills, education, and experience you need: To succeed in this role, you must have: Experience developing driver-based forecasts and tracking actuals vs budget Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems and BI/reporting tools. OneStream experience is preferred. The ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and deliver accurate, timely results Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate data into clear insights for non-finance stakeholders A 4-year degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or a related field is required, with a master’s degree being preferred. A minimum of 5 years of experience in FP&A are required and experience in manufacturing is a bonus. Requirements
