About The Position

The Senior Food & Beverage Manager will lead all food and beverage operations for a high-volume hotel and conference center, ensuring exceptional service standards, operational excellence, and profitability. This role requires extensive leadership experience, strategic planning skills, and the ability to manage complex operations across multiple outlets and large-scale events.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10+ years in food and beverage leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior management role within a hotel, resort, or large conference center.
  • Proven success managing high-volume operations and multi-million-dollar budgets.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with experience managing large teams.
  • Expertise in upscale service standards and event execution.
  • Excellent financial acumen and strategic planning capabilities.

  • Experience with luxury or high-profile properties.
  • Familiarity with advanced POS systems and inventory management tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, banquets, and catering for conferences and events.
  • Develop and implement long-term strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue growth.
  • Create and manage multi-million-dollar budgets, forecasts, and cost-control measures.
  • Drive profitability through effective pricing, inventory management, and waste reduction.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a large team of managers and staff (50+ employees).
  • Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure premium service standards for high-profile clientele and large-scale events.
  • Resolve escalated guest concerns with professionalism and discretion.
  • Collaborate with sales and event teams to execute high-volume conferences, banquets, and VIP functions.
  • Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and brand standards across all operations.
