About The Position

The Senior Flight Scheduler is responsible for all flight scheduling functions at a single location (SAFE or Main Riddle Operations). They will supervise 4 student workers and insure that all flight scheduling issues are addressed. This individual is responsible for deconfliction of activities, check ride management, rescheduling due to weather and maintenance, and communication regarding scheduling with staff and students. This person will report to the the Scheduling Manager.

Requirements

• High School (or GED) level ability in grammar, spelling, basic composition, and math.
• Must know excel and be trained on ETA flight training software
