Requirements

5-10 years of experience in finance, accounting, and/or project control in the federal government contracts space.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
Knowledge of and experience with indirect rate creation, budget modeling, forecasting, and dashboard reporting.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI.
Must be able to pass a Tier 4/High Risk Position Sensitivity and Background Investigation.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate across matrixed organizations.
Strong financial analysis knowledge and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related scientific or technical discipline and 10+ years’ work experience.
Eight (8) years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education (18 years total).
The ability to pass a Tier 2/Moderate Background Investigation.

Nice To Haves

FinOps Certified Practitioner or higher certification is a plus.
Experience with Apptio is preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards that allow for dynamic views at varying levels of detail.
Lead process and data discovery, requirements gathering, and outcome review sessions with external clients and stakeholders.
Complete impact assessments of any developed or modified financial models or dashboards.
Develop SOPs and user training for developed financial models or dashboards.
Complete financial analysis tasks to support strategic decisions.
Work closely with stakeholders to create plans of attack focused on increasing operational efficiencies and decreasing financial waste.
Complete Ad Hoc projects as needed.
