About The Position

The Senior Financial IT Analyst plays a critical role in bridging finance and technology within a healthcare organization. This position is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining financial systems and tools that support strategic decision-making, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in financial analytics, technical accounting, healthcare operations, and enterprise IT systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field (Master's preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis or IT systems within a healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare finance and accounting, reimbursement models, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in financial systems (e.g., Infor, Axiom, Strata, Crowe, CARS), data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and SQL.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner) is a plus.
• Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP) preferred.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred.
