About The Position

The Boeing Company has an exciting opportunity to join the T-7 Red Hawk Team as a Senior Financial Business Unit Integrator (BUI) – Level 4 located in Berkeley, Missouri (4 days a week) reporting to the T-7A Sr Manager. In this role, you’ll collaborate across functions to drive financial excellence and shape the future of the T-7A program. In this influential role, you’ll engage with key United States Air Force customers and present to Air Dominance and T-7A leadership, making your mark on high-impact decisions. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • 5+ years of experience working with analytics, data and spreadsheets to build presentations and make recommendations
  • 5+ years of experience in a business-related function (including but not limited to: Finance, Contracts, Estimating, Procurement Financial Analysis, Business Operations, Supplier Management)
  • 5+ years of experience communicating, collaborating, and building consensus with internal and external stakeholders

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years of experience with Estimates of Completion (EACs), forecasting, resource planning, and cost management process & tools
  • 5+ years of experience with PowerPoint and presentations
  • 5+ years of experience working with financial tools such as Cost, Schedule, Planning, and Reporting (CSPR), Interactive Reporting Environment (IRE), Financial Project Cost Report (FPCR), Enterprise Accounting System (EAS), and Boeing Opportunity Risk and Issue System (BORIS)
  • 3+ years of experience leading projects with little direct supervision and drive project to completion

Responsibilities

  • Leads the integration and analysis of quarterly Estimates at Completion (EACs).
  • Leads the integration and analysis of weekly Earned Value Management (EVM) performance and effectively communicates trend and variance analysis
  • Develops, reviews, analyzes, and maintains cost and/or schedule performance measurement baselines, including EVM, RIO, and variance analyses, and communicates trends in cost and/or schedule performance
  • Maintain cross functional integration with Integrated Planning & Scheduling (IP&S), Control Account Managers (CAMs), Defense Centers of Excellence, Cost and Financial Structure Management (C&FSM), Program Management, Contracts, Accounts Receivables (A/R) and Delivery Management
  • Demonstrates skills in developing an EAC position based on historical performance, CAM and COE analysis, and comprehensive program knowledge
  • Provides recommendations to senior management on financial performance projections, leveraging financial and business expertise
  • Prepares presentation materials and effectively conveys key messages to program management and senior leadership
  • Ensure compliance with applicable Boeing and Governmental regulations concerning financial policies, procedures, processes, systems and tools
  • Support internal and external audit activities
  • Train, mentor, and review junior analysts work via peer reviews
  • Lead and support new processes and integration projects within team, function, and program
