About The Position

The Senior Financial Analyst plays a key role in driving financial performance through data-driven insights, forecasting, and strategic analysis. This role partners closely with operations and leadership to support decision-making, improve profitability, and ensure financial discipline across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 4–7+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or similar role
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Advanced Excel skills (required); experience with BI tools a plus
• Experience working cross-functionally with operations or business teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strategic thinking with a hands-on approach

Nice To Haves

• Experience in hospitality, retail, or multi-unit operations
• Experience with systems like NetSuite, Tableau, or similar tools
• MBA or CPA

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans
• Analyze financial performance vs. budget/forecast and identify key drivers
• Provide actionable insights to improve revenue, margins, and cost efficiency
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports
• Build dashboards and reporting tools to track KPIs
• Present financial results and recommendations to leadership
• Partner with operations, marketing, and leadership teams to support business decisions
• Translate financial data into clear, actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders
• Support new initiatives, pricing strategies, and cost-saving opportunities
• Build financial models for scenario planning and investment decisions
• Conduct variance analysis, trend analysis, and profitability analysis
• Evaluate ROI on projects, new locations, and operational changes
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and reporting efficiency
• Support implementation of systems, tools, and automation
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data
