About The Position

Provides advanced level of support for a variety of corporate programs including, but not limited to, benchmarking, internal data collection, input and reporting.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting or Finance.
Four (4) years financial analysis experience is required.
Extensive PC experience with Microsoft Office software is required.
A Master’s degree may offset two years of required experience.

Responsibilities

Maintains security access for users of the Strata system; assists in ongoing maintenance and monitoring of the Strata system.
Captures volume statistics at the department and site levels; evaluate, package and disseminates data to various users.
Performs financial analysis and other financial information as requested.
Prepares monthly physician payments, schedules and performs reconcilliations of stipends and discretionary accounts.
Completes surveys and questionnaires using data assimilated from various departments and systems in the organization.
Accumulates and records statistics in appropriate spreadsheets, databases and other computer systems.
Serves on tasks forces/committees and provides financial information.
Assists in month end process by performing analysis, allocations and/or review of actual and budgeted data.
Prepares weekly productivity explanation schedules for Managers review and weekly labor calls. Meets with managers to help aid with variance issues.
Maintains reasonably regular, punctual attendance consistent with Orlando Health policies, the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.
Maintains compliance with all Orlando Health policies and procedures.
