The Senior Financial Analyst will be the go-to for all things supporting FP&A and serve as a financial partner to others across the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Accounting and 4+ years of experience are required
- Advanced Microsoft Excel experience is required
Nice To Haves
- Microsoft Power BI experience is preferred
Responsibilities
- Prepare incentive compensation calculations for the organization.
- Communicate results to applicable leaders and payroll for processing.
- Partner with leaders on plan creation, modeling, analysis, and documentation as needed.
- Track plan participants and updates as needed.
- Complete review and analysis of margin, revenue, and production data.
- Prepare monthly reporting to share with leadership.
- Support the Director, FP&A with monthly financial result meetings.
- Complete monthly/quarterly/annual financial analysis.
- Regularly perform profitability and margin analysis to aid in decision making.
- Lead the annual budget process and compile the company’s financial plan.
- Work with business leaders on annual sales/revenue forecasts.
- Prepare regular forecasts for communication with leadership.
- Assist with ad hoc financial modeling, analysis, and strategic planning initiatives.
- Leverage available technology (Excel, Power BI, etc.) to lead the creation of financial reports and dashboards.
- Serve as the liaison with the IT and others to maintain current and develop new reporting.
- Be comfortable leading upwards and making recommendations to decision makers.
