Job Description: The ideal candidate for this role must possess excellent analytical capabilities, have a solid understanding of the levers that impact financials results, be data driven and detail oriented to analyze both quantitative and qualitative information into actionable insights and results.

Requirements

  • MBA preferred with a passion for technology and finance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and capable of synthesizing multiple sources and large amount of data
  • Attention to detail, self-directed, organized and efficient at time management
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work well under pressure.
  • Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Experience with systems such as SAP, PowerBI, Tableau, Hyperion, and Alteryx
  • 7+ years of relevant experience preferred

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in enterprise SaaS and/or usage business models preferred

Responsibilities

  • This individual will become a critical part of the team and help drive several key activities including business planning and financial analysis for the Routing Infrastructure Solutions Business Unit.
  • Own the consolidation of financial data, develop detailed and insightful analysis to support the routing business
  • Lead the development and maintenance of forecasting models and other product related complex models
  • Lead the co-ordination of overall business planning activities working with cross functional business owners
  • Review long term business case projection for new Hardware and Software programs (NPIs)
  • Lead the development and implementation of relevant business-related metrics and processes to support key decision making
  • Understand the big picture as well as details of a business and effectively communicate to guide successful outcomes
  • Ability to communicate and present business analysis to business partners and other key stakeholders
  • Business partnering skills with proactive approach to guiding the business with financial intelligence and insight.
  • Consistent track record of finance business partnering and leadership
  • Responsible for continuous process improvement and implementation of toolkits to drive efficiency and effectiveness
