About The Position

The Core Business Growth & Ops Finance Partner serves as an embedded finance
partner and technical specialist for critical E-Commerce operational
workstreams. This role requires deep analytical capabilities combined with the
ability to translate complex operational metrics into financial impact. The
position supports multiple high-priority areas including Delivery/Pickup,
Subscriptions/A la Carte, and Topology/Capacity, requiring versatility and
strong prioritization skills.

Requirements

• 3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
• 4+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience
• 4+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience
• 4+ years of identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes experience
• 3+ years of dissecting financial data and identifying patterns that support business strategy experience
• 3+ years of contributing to cross-functional initiatives that drive financial performance and strategy experience

Nice To Haves

• 4+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
• MBA, or CPA
• Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)

Responsibilities

• Serve as embedded finance partner for Delivery and Pickup operations, providing financial analysis and decision support
• Own financial modeling and performance tracking for Subscriptions and ALC (Automated Lockers) initiatives
• Support Topology and Capacity planning with financial analysis, scenario modeling, and investment recommendations
• Develop technical financial models that connect operational drivers to P&L impact
• Partner with operations teams to identify cost optimization and efficiency improvement opportunities
• Provide variance analysis and actionable insights on core business performance metrics
• Build and maintain dashboards that track key operational and financial KPIs
• Support ad-hoc analytical requests requiring deep-dive investigation and technical expertise
