About The Position

The Senior Financial Analyst provides high-quality financial analysis, planning, and reporting to enable effective decision-making. This role supports business partners and finance leadership through accurate forecasts, performance insights, and financial governance, translating data into clear, actionable insights across the company. The Senior Financial Analyst drives continuous improvement of Finance processes and tools. This is a senior level position within the discipline that operates with a broad scope, deep technical capability, and considerable strategic impact. The role translates financial analysis into actionable insights, owns end-to-end processes for designated business areas, and influences planning and decision-making across teams. It also involves providing mentorship and functional leadership to junior staff.

Requirements

A combination of relevant work experience and/or education sufficient to perform the duties of the job may substitute to meet the total years required on a year-for-year basis.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Economics, or relevant field.
Minimum of seven (7) years of progressively responsible experience in financial analysis, accounting, finance, or related background.
At least two (2) years of financial modeling experience.

Performs highly complex and unique tasks and job duties, receiving minimal to no instruction on routine work and new assignments.

Demonstrated advanced knowledge of accounting procedures and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and their application in financial modeling and analysis.
Advanced knowledge and proficiency in Excel, including the ability to use complex formulas, create dynamic charts, build macros, and automate tasks to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of reporting and model development.
May require access to reliable transportation for occasional travel between retail store locations, offices, worksites, or other locations as needed.

Nice To Haves

Master’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance.
