About The Position

Summary: This is an onsite role in Hollywood, Florida - not eligible for remote or hybrid. Provides financial analysis and prepares internal and external financial reports by compiling information and utilizing appropriate accounting policies and procedures. Preferred qualifications include five (5) years of strong experience in bank cash reconciliation and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Requirements

  • Three (3) years experience
  • Accounting or Finance or In a job related field

Nice To Haves

  • five (5) years of strong experience in bank cash reconciliation

Responsibilities

  • Performs special projects and duties as assigned.
  • Performs month-end close procedures, including the communication and coordination with internal customers, preparation, and recording of financial and statistical journal entries, completion of balance sheet reconciliations, and review of various financial reports.
  • Assist with requests for audit and compliance initiatives, preparation of financial statements and footnotes, documentation of processes and internal controls, and investigations of material variances.
  • Performs statistical, cost, and financial analysis of data extracted from various internal and external sources. Prepares reports based on findings.
