Corporate Finance serves as a strategic and operational partner to the business, responsible for stewarding capital, driving disciplined investment, and ensuring financial clarity across SeatGeek and our external stakeholders. The team sits within the finance department and is structured to support both long-term value creation and day-to-day financial operations. As a Senior Finance Analyst, you’ll play a key role in strengthening SeatGeek’s cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and broader treasury-related analyses. You will serve as a business finance partner to business functions, supporting expense management, performance tracking, and decision-making through clear, data-driven insights. Reporting to the Director of Corporate Finance, you will also contribute to executive and investor reporting by preparing analyses and materials that communicate financial performance, trends, and capital strategy. Through process improvements and automation, you will help elevate the scalability, accuracy, and rigor of our financial reporting and modeling infrastructure.
