Perform financial analysis of client's aftermarket internal financial statements and investigate significant budget variances. Train and assist department heads in use of budget reporting tools and work with them to establish consistent monthly reporting protocols. Work with finance teams across the world and the intercompany team to ensure costs are recorded correctly in the AM budgets. Complete Gov't accounting budgeting requests related to the department budgets. Document all procedures and processes in a desk manual and perform process improvement initiatives to streamline the reporting process, improve quality and usefulness of data, and improve customer satisfaction and add value to the budget reporting function. Assist with other P&C AM reporting, including but not limited to, month-to-date sales, orders, month-end and year-end results.
