Come join us and help us build for the future! Our team is currently seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to support Board of Director (BOD) activities. This role works out of our downtown Detroit, Michigan office under a hybrid model (2-3 days in office). The Senior Financial Analyst will play an important role in Duravent Group’s success by developing and maintaining valuable business performance reporting systems and preparing accurate financial analytics to empower insightful business decisions. You will provide essential financial analysis to support strategic projects and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting with a minimum of 5 years related experience.
  • Strong business acumen and communication skills needed to report overall business performance to key stakeholders.
  • Highly motivated, self-driven critical thinker with a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Candidates with current work authorization in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing business preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with Executive Leadership Team to prepare monthly performance reports and BOD presentation materials.
  • Monitor strategic growth and profitability initiatives. Develop and maintain Value Creation Roadmap financial model.
  • Prepare Sales, General and Administrative cost center variance analysis for review with Financial Planning &Analysis Director and CFO
  • Work with VP, Engineering to track new product development and associated sales growth.
