About The Position

Senior Financial Analyst Huntsman is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst supporting the Polyurethanes Division located in The Woodlands. This position will report to the Business Performance Director. Job Scope Support assigned business teams in maximizing value generation through a deep understanding of business drivers, applying advanced financial, analytical, and influencing skills to drive short-term performance and long-term value creation. In summary, as Senior Financial Analyst, you will: Provide insightful and actionable financial analysis to support short-term bottom-line delivery and long-term value creation Prepare, review, and submit budgets and forecasts, including P&L and Cash Flow Monitor customer profitability and drive improvement actions Monitor fixed cost performance and identify optimization opportunities Ensure timely, accurate, and insightful financial reporting Drive awareness and understanding of key business drivers within the business team Educate business team members on financial tools and business intelligence systems Support Global Forecast and Budget processes, as well as Global Projects Maintain financial hierarchy master data Provide ad hoc financial analysis, project support, and financial modeling Qualifications You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. The candidate must have an unrestricted right to work for Huntsman in the United States. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business, or Economics. 5+ years of relevant business or financial experience. Skills and knowledge Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills Ability to influence and partner effectively with cross-functional business teams High level of confidence with a critical and independent mindset Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to work independently as a self-starter while managing multiple priorities Preferred Qualifications Additional professional certification such as MBA, Master of Finance, CMA, or similar. Experience with IBM and SAP systems. Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and business intelligence tools. Requirements
