About The Position

The Senior Financial Analyst plays a key role in supporting financial strategy, planning, and decision-making across the organization. This role partners closely with leadership to provide financial insights, performance analysis, and forward-looking forecasts that help guide business strategy and operational priorities. This position combines strong financial modeling and analytical expertise with business partnership. The Senior Financial Analyst translates complex financial and operational data into clear insights that enable leaders to make informed decisions in a fast-paced and growing organization. This position reports directly to the FP&A Manager and does not have supervisory responsibility. The Senior Financial Analyst operates with a high level of autonomy and is expected to manage complex financial analysis while maintaining strict confidentiality. This role requires the ability to prioritize competing demands, adapt quickly to change, and proactively identify opportunities to improve financial insights, reporting, and forecasting capabilities. The position interacts regularly with senior leaders across the organization and plays an important role in supporting strategic planning and operational decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor ’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in financial planning & analysis, corporate finance, or accounting.
  • Strong financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting expertise.
  • Advanced financial modeling and analytical capabilities.
  • Experience supporting strategic planning, scenario modeling, or investment analysis.
  • Ability to synthesize complex financial and operational data into meaningful insights.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to translate financial insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience working cross-functionally and influencing decision-making through financial analysis.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain financial concepts to non-financial audiences.
  • Strong executive presentation and storytelling skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling and data analysis.
  • Strong working knowledge of PowerPoint and financial presentation development.
  • Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Experience building financial dashboards and automated reporting solutions.
  • Experience working with ERP systems and financial planning tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High degree of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

  • CPA or CMA certification preferred; and/or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

  • Develop financial analysis and forecasting efforts that support strategic planning and operational decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain financial models that evaluate business performance, identify trends, and support scenario planning.
  • Prepare monthly financial reporting and variance analysis, translating results into clear insights and actionable recommendations for leadership.
  • Serve as a strategic finance partner to Administrative functions, providing financial guidance and decision support.
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders to evaluate financial performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and support key business initiatives.
  • Support the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting cycles.
  • Conduct ad hoc financial and operational analysis to support strategic initiatives, investments, and business growth opportunities.
  • Develop and enhance reporting capabilities and dashboards using business systems and technology to improve visibility into business performance.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting efficiency, and data quality.
