We are working with a dynamic organization in Sandy Springs seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join its finance team. This role is ideal for a data-driven professional who enjoys analyzing financial performance and partnering with stakeholders to drive business results.
The Senior Financial Analyst will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 3–6+ years of FP&A or financial analysis experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial systems and BI tools is a plus
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting and forecasting processes
• Analyze financial performance and identify trends and variances
• Develop and maintain financial models and reporting tools
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports
• Partner with business units to evaluate performance and opportunities
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve financial outcomes
• Assist with long-range planning and strategic initiatives
• Support ad hoc analysis and special projects
