Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or business analysis.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Superior level of communication skills, both verbal and written. Comfortable interacting with senior management.
  • Well-organized self-starter with the ability to multi-task and achieve results despite ambiguity or limited information.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with financial and integrated financial-statement modeling preferred.
  • Experience with SQL or Power Bi is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage advanced financial and operational analytics to provide insights and recommendations on critical business decisions.
  • Develop, enhance, and maintain sophisticated financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning, and strategic initiatives.
  • Deliver clear, data-driven recommendations to senior leadership to guide capital allocation, investment decisions, and performance improvement efforts.
  • Partner cross-functionally with operations, manufacturing, sourcing, and commercial teams to evaluate profitability drivers and identify efficiency opportunities.
  • Support high-priority initiatives including international expansion, acquisitions, new business ventures, and operational optimization projects.
  • Assist with monthly close activities, variance analysis, and financial reporting while improving reporting processes and enhancing data visibility.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes, strengthen controls, and elevate analytical rigor across the organization.
