We're looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team in Atlanta, GA and help fuel our explosive growth.
Requirements
- A BA + MBA in Finance (or related field) + 5+ years’ experience
- Real estate/REIT experience (a must!)
- Expert-level Excel skills (SQL/Yardi/MRI/RealPage a big plus!)
- A detail-oriented, analytical mindset with strong communication skills
Responsibilities
- Drive insights across the business with financial modeling, forecasting, and profitability analysis
- Work side-by-side with our COO to support high-level strategic decisions
- Analyze new business initiatives, support budgeting, and develop KPIs to optimize performance
- Build and maintain financial models that directly influence the future of the company
