Requirements
- 5+ years of finance or a related analytical field experience
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field, or Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years of identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes experience
- Experience researching and documenting support for accounting conclusions
- 5+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
- Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
- Experience in the entertainment industry

- Create comprehensive financial forecasts and predictive models
- Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing campaigns to optimize investment strategies
- Generate data-driven insights that inform critical strategic decisions
