Senior Financial Analyst, Sales Finance at a Glance…. The Senior Financial Analyst will support the Sales Finance and Sales teams with Area level financial reporting, analysis, and routines with heavy exposure to all members of the Sales Leadership Team. This person will be the primary liaison with Sales Finance FP&A to collaborate and coordinate on central reporting routines and requests.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
  • 3+ years of financial planning, analysis, and reporting experience
  • Advanced Excel skills (modeling, pivot tables, lookups) and strong PowerPoint ability
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to present analysis clearly
  • Disciplined approach toward execution with attention to detail
  • Demonstrated drive to simplify processes and create efficiencies through automation and better workflows
  • Experience with SAP and Circana

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate monthly sales forecast reviews including preparation of reporting, identifying variances, and consolidation of drivers for the Area level report out
  • Coordinate weekly revenue pacing routine with Customer Vice Presidents including report generation and consolidation of commentary for the Area level report out
  • Support Sales Team P&L activities, including calculating and explaining profitability metrics and variance drivers
  • Build, maintain, and enhance financial models for planning, forecasting, scenario analysis, and long-range strategic initiatives
  • Coordinate ZBB planning for the Area including annual budgeting, monthly actuals reporting, variance analysis, and ad hoc support
  • Maintain Joint Business Plan financial and performance tracking to bring visibility to expected vs. actual ROI on investments
  • Develop additional reporting as needed to support the Area Sales and Sales Finance team
