The Job: As a Senior Financial Analyst, you’ll be part of our Finance Team working as a on-site employee. You’ll get to:

Requirements

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 3+ years manufacturing finance.
• Strong analytic and communication skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple tasks in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
• Highly proficient in MS Excel, a working knowledge of ERP (QAD), financial reporting systems (Hyperion/HFM, BA&R a plus).
• Experience with Operations and Supply Chain Management including planning, procurement, manufacturing, and distribution.

Responsibilities

• Support the Plant Manager & Operations team to drive partnership within business.
• Instrumental in creation of plant financial budget, forecasts & reporting – plant productivity/ efficiencies.
• Drive plant productivity and provide tracking + reporting.
• Assist with capital budgeting, forecasting and reporting process.
• Prepare plant overhead cost studies/annual cost roll and ongoing cost analysis for the business and operations.
• Assist in inventory management and cycle counting process, including annual physical inventory.
• Participate in month-end close process, SOX compliance, and internal audit requirements.
