About The Position

Job Responsibilities 1. Familiar with business processes and able to build financial model, monitoring and forecasting KPIs and competition strategy for cost optimization and risk/opportunity identification to support operation team’s decision making process. 2. Organize regular meetings with senior stake holders to quantify the impact of each key business process or strategy to perform post-attribution analysis. 3. Streamline and fine-tune finance related processes and policies, drive for compliance and controlling excellence and competitive advantages. 4. Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional team leaders. 5. Grasp business latest changes. 6. Timely feedback to senior management team. 7. Establish a good communication mechanism with domestic and international team. 8. Being a finance ambassador to bring up finance system, finance operation, compliance sharing/training to the business needs. Job Requirements 1. Master degree with business analytics major. 2. Two years or above work experience in E-Commerce or fast fashion industry. 3. Proficient in Excel, SQL, Tableau, and Python. 4. Able to adapt fast-moving work environment and embrace challenges 5. Attention to details with strong logical thinking and data sensitivity. 6. Finance systems and finance operation knowledge is a plus. 7. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese is a plus. 8. Good interpersonal skills, learning agility, coordination & facilitation capabilities.

Requirements

• Master degree with business analytics major.
• Two years or above work experience in E-Commerce or fast fashion industry.
• Proficient in Excel, SQL, Tableau, and Python.
• Able to adapt fast-moving work environment and embrace challenges
• Attention to details with strong logical thinking and data sensitivity.

Nice To Haves

• Finance systems and finance operation knowledge is a plus.
