About The Position

Join Unity and be part of the FP&A team that serves as a trusted adviser to the business, informing decisions through business partner support and insightful analyses. You will partner closely with all levels, cross-functionally across finance and accounting, to engage in financial planning, strategic analysis, reporting, and operational improvement. You will succeed in this role because you are intellectually curious, analytical, driven, and like solving problems.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of progressive FP&A experience
  • Strong analytical skills to investigate variances, identify root causes, and surface actionable business insights
  • Highly motivated, detail-oriented, self-aware, and responsive
  • Strong financial analysis, modeling, and large data manipulation skills, with the ability to turn data into meaningful insights
  • Demonstrated willingness to adopt AI-powered tools to improve accuracy, efficiency, and analytical depth. Experience using AI assistants, copilots, or automation tools in a professional context is a plus
  • Experience with financial systems (Adaptive, Workday), Salesforce, and Google Suite

  • Experience with SQL
  • Proven track record of process improvement and professional growth

Responsibilities

  • Serve as finance partner in supporting leaders across Sales, eCommerce, and Marketing organizations.
  • Support end-to-end forecasting, planning, close, and budgeting processes for top-line, headcount, and operational expenses.
  • Maintain, track, and report on key GTM KPIs such as ARR, ACV, and active seats; translate key insights to business partners.
  • Partner with Data and BI teams to proactively identify reporting gaps, maintain, and improve dashboards
  • Prepare materials for executive-level business reviews
