Requirements

• 2+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
• Experience working with stakeholders

Nice To Haves

• MBA, or CPA
• Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
• 2+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic operational planning with precision and financial discipline
• Leverage AI tools to simplify and reinvent financial processes at scale
• Develop comprehensive financial metrics, reporting, and in-depth analysis
• Manage complex projects from inception to completion
• Provide strategic financial oversight across fixed and variable business costs
