About The Position

We're looking for a sharp and experienced Senior Analyst to join our Finance team. The Impact you will make Partner closely with the VP of Finance, FP&A, and key business leaders to provide analytical support across budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning. Analyze trends in revenue, expenses, headcount, and unit economics to identify opportunities for margin improvement and operational efficiency. Prepare executive-level presentations and board materials that clearly communicate financial insights and strategic implications. Build and maintain dashboards to track KPIs, variances to plan, and key business metrics in real-time. Support the monthly and quarterly financial close processes by preparing variance analysis and performance reviews. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Marketing, and Ops) to ensure financial alignment and data consistency across departments. Help drive continuous improvement of financial systems, tools, and reporting processes. Champion a data-driven culture within the organization by collaborating with cross-functional teams and translating data into actionable insights. Stay up-to-date on the latest data science techniques and technologies, and continuously seek opportunities to improve our data infrastructure and analysis capabilities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or similar role
  • Proven experience in analyzing user behavior data and translating insights into actionable recommendations
  • Familiarity and experience with cohorted data, ARR, MRR, NRR, Churn and other SaaS metrics
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for data-driven decision making
  • Expertise in statistical analysis, machine learning algorithms, AI, and data visualization tools (e.g., Python, SQL, etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data insights to a wide audience
  • A collaborative and results-oriented work style, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment
  • BS/MS in Computer Science, Math, Economics, Statistics, or other science and engineering fields
