Position Summary: Progress Residential is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst – Collections & Customer Care to support the Payment and Recovery (PAR) and Customer Care organizations. This role will serve as a key finance partner to PAR and Customer Care leadership, providing financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analytical support related to collections and credit loss performance. The individual in this role will be responsible for delivering insights that support operational and strategic decision-making, while also helping drive initiatives to improve collections effectiveness and payment recovery outcomes. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical capabilities, sound financial acumen, and the ability to work effectively across functions and with senior leaders. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who is comfortable managing recurring deliverables while also supporting ad hoc analysis and strategic projects.
