About The Position

The Senior Financial Analyst, Business Strategy & Performance Analytics supports data‑driven decision making across Finance, Product, Pricing, Procurement, and other business teams. The role combines strong business acumen with advanced analytical skills to evaluate business alternatives, build decision frameworks, and deliver insights that influence operational and strategic outcomes. The analyst works with large datasets, develops models and reporting tools, and communicates findings to leadership through clear, structured storytelling.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of finance experience
  • At least 1 years of lead experience

Responsibilities

  • Translate business priorities into analytical frameworks, models, and decision tools.
  • Extract, cleanse, and transform data from multiple systems using SQL.
  • Build scenario models and analytical tools to evaluate business alternatives and quantify impacts.
  • Analyze sales, margin, product, customer, and channel performance to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Develop dashboards, KPIs, and automated reporting using Power BI, Power Pivot, and advanced Excel.
  • Support forecasting by linking operational drivers to financial outcomes.
  • Present insights and recommendations to leadership through clear, compelling communication.
  • Partner with data science teams when advanced modeling is required.
