Requirements

Proven finance leadership experience in a management consultancy, consultancy-based marketing services, or other time-based professional services business
Demonstrated success in improving finance process efficiency and in a finance business partner, FP&A or commercial finance role
Track record of contributing at a senior level
Comfortable in a high-growth, entrepreneurial, and innovation-led setting
Strong technical grounding with ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification
Strategic thinker with strong commercial instincts
Technically excellent, with sharp analytical and financial acumen
Confident communicator
Collaborative, confident leader—able to engage and influence at all levels
Proactive, hands-on, and able to get into the operational detail when needed
Enthusiastic about the potential of AI to transform marketing and finance

Nice To Haves

Experience in M&A, fundraising, strategic planning and international operations is beneficial

Responsibilities

Working closely with the CFO, lead the finance team day-to-day, owning and delivering on finance priorities
Support in execution of M&A and corporate finance
Own and deliver all management reporting and board-level financial insights
Ensure financial systems, controls, and tools support scalable growth
Implement appropriate cost control policies and suggest new approaches to margin improvement
Oversee budgeting, forecasting across the business
Drive margin and profit improvement, with a hands-on approach
Partner with operations and project teams to optimise pricing, efficiency and resourcing of our projects
Help build a culture of commercial accountability and data-led decision-making across the organisation
