Lead, develop and coach teams responsible for the management of Accounts Receivable, Collections, Accounts Payable, Cash Management, Travel & Expense, Company Credit Cards and other critical finance operations activities § Directly manage daily cash position, short term cash forecasting, and lead cash management decisions and activities involving primary banking partner Identify, design and lead continuous improvement and process efficiency initiatives for the Finance function Manage the design, preparation, and regular publication of key internal reports to stakeholders for the processes managed by the role Serve as an escalation contact for critical customer or supplier issues that require specialized focus or problem resolution Develop and maintain excellent internal business partnerships with Sales, Customer Service, Operations, Purchasing, and IT Manage critical external business partnerships including the primary banking partner, trade credit insurer, travel and expense partners, and others Provide strategic support for CFO and Finance Directors on functional and company initiatives as directed Demonstrate and support an ongoing management style of collaborative problem solving, coaching and development, and operational excellence for the broader Finance team Able to perform job consistently without excessive absenteeism or tardiness. Other duties as assigned.
