Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5–8 years of experience in FP&A, strategy consulting, investment banking, or venture capital, ideally with experience in high-growth enterprise software companies.
  • Strong financial modeling and Excel skills, with the ability to produce accurate and timely work.
  • Excellent interpersonal and team-building skills, with the ability to influence across functional boundaries.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, able to synthesize financial information for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a public company is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Adaptive Insights and/or NetSuite preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the monthly financial reporting process, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Drive GTM planning and forecasting, collaborating across departments to provide financial analysis that supports strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and reports for marketing pipeline, KPIs, and resource planning, offering trend analysis and insights.
  • Create and deliver presentations for executives, the Board of Directors, investors, and leadership teams.
  • Conduct variance analysis, refine rolling forecasts, and maintain enterprise-wide financial planning documentation.
  • Manage company-wide headcount planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Partner with key stakeholders across GTM and G&A teams to align financial insights with business strategy.
  • Analyze resource investments and strategic opportunities, providing financial modeling to guide decision-making.
