Role reports to: Finance Director Skin Health and Beauty Location: North America, United States, New Jersey, Summit Work Location: Hybrid What you will do The Senior Finance Manager, Incubator Lead will be responsible for full P&L management of the Incubator Brands including: NeoStrata, Johnson's, C&C, Lubriderm, Maui Moisture & new brands with sales of $450MM annually. This role will partner directly with the Commercial Incubator Lead to grow these brands with an entrepreneurial mindset. The Senior Finance Manager will be the strategic finance partner to lead critical financial planning and analysis, partner with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and provide insights that influence high-level decisions. Requirements

  • A minimum of 8 years of finance, accounting or related business experience is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field
  • Strong financial analysis and modeling skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in spoken and written English
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Experience in general finance and/or accounting

Nice To Haves

  • MBA preferred
  • Experience with SAP or other finance ERP systems preferred
  • Demonstrated leadership and management skills, with a focus on mentoring and developing team members.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and demands.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to organize and prioritize tasks
  • Self-motivated, independent and proactive
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Responsibilities

  • Drive strategic financial planning and execution to support growth in the portfolio and achieve business objectives.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with corporate standards.
  • Provide actionable insights through financial analysis to support data-driven decision-making and improve performance.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for operational and financial optimization.
  • Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and corporate governance.
  • Oversee day-to-day finance operations while fostering efficiency and continuous improvement.
  • Mentors and develops finance talent at all levels, including leading leaders with their own teams to build a strong, future‑ready finance organization.
