Job Description The Senior Finance Manager – Lifecycle Services, North America will report to the Lifecycle Services Finance Director. You will lead a team of 5 direct reports and will manage the financial management of the North American Lifecycle Services (LCS) P&L. Also, you will provide business decision support to the Regional Vice President, Lifecycle Services North America and the entire North American Lifecycle leadership team. Your Responsibilities:

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant experience

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting
  • MBA or CPA
  • 8+ years of progressive finance and/or accounting experience with an emphasis in FP&A or General Accounting
  • The ability to work collaboratively across the global finance organization to complete projects, improve standardization and enhance efficiencies
  • Experience supporting a global engineering delivery organization

Responsibilities

  • Review operating results, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend actions to the business partners and leadership team to improve overall operational and financial performance.
  • Work with the Global Analytics & Insights team to ensure meaningful data and analysis is being provided to the business partners that helps improve decision-making and financial performance.
  • Ensure predictability of financial results by establishing and driving the AOP and quarterly forecasting processes
  • Provide insight on how to improve field engineer use and project delivery cash flow optimization.
  • Work with the North America LCS leadership team to identify and implement productivity opportunities and programs.
  • Provide direction in establishing proper internal control policies and procedures for the multiple product offerings covered within this scope of responsibility.
